Thoroughly enjoy watching Chris and what a great team him and Heidi moge Fellow carb cyclers will show you what to expect on the journey to transformation, even if you stumble along the w. He said that diet and exercise mean nothing until you get this together and start making promises you can keep with yourself. I really liked this book and found it very easy to read and understand.
