It is fantatic I didn't even know I needed. For Wreckage it has worked well. The book's fictional author, does not appear in the main Harry Potter book series though his name is seen on the Marauder's Map in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. I will say though that I completed my reading challenge of 60 books with only about ten minutes to spare after frantically reading some trade paperbacks comics during New Years Eve.

Rowling under the pen name of the fictitious author Newt Scamander about the magical creatures in the Harry Potter universe. The original version, illustrated by the author herself, purports to be Harry Potter 's copy of the textbook of the same name mentioned in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone or Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone in the US , the first novel of the Harry Potter series. It includes several notes inside it supposedly handwritten by Harry, Ron Weasley , and Hermione Granger , detailing their own experiences with some of the beasts described, and including in-jokes relating to the original series. In a interview with publisher Scholastic , Rowling stated that she chose the subject of magical creatures because it was a fun topic for which she had already developed a lot of information in earlier books. Rowling's name did not appear on the cover of the first edition, the work being credited under the pen name "Newt Scamander", who, in the books, wrote this textbook as seen on Harry's supply list for his first year.

  1. Good book for Harry Potter Lovers This is a great book for anybody who loves Harry Potter and wants to find out more about the magical creatures in Harry's world. Proceeds from this edition are fantastid to Lumos as well as Comic Relief. Kid, but the truths she learned about her father were crushing. 💏

  2. As I write this, the Amazon Kindle chart is having a moment. But it is the book currently placed in 14th that is the most intriguing title within the top Wreckage by Emily Bleeker is being published by Amazon Publishing imprint Lake Union Publishing on 1st March and yet people are downloading it, reading it and reviewing it, today. A sort of reverse windowing that allows Amazon Publishing authors to build up pre-publishing activity around the title, while also making sales. For Wreckage it has worked well. 🗯
